Jenison Brown

Guitar / Vocals

Jenison wrangles tone like a mad scientist and slings riffs with a grin sharp enough to cut tape. Raised listening to weirdo pop and garage rock in northern California, he crawled into the Colorado music scene with two bands, spilling fuzz and melody in equal amounts. He fronts Abunto whilst designing the flyers, running socials, and crafting songs. He is currently sharpening his teeth at CSU in jazz guitar and graphic design. Because chaos needs structure. Aidan Flanagan

Keys / Piano

Virtuoso pianist known for blistering solos and innovative licks that push the boundaries of funk disco. Raised in a small igloo in Alaska, he moved to Fort Collins Colorado to study neuroscience and music at CSU incorporating his knowledge of psychology with his expressive playing to tickle your brain while he tickles the ivories. Isaac Hermanson

Bass

The groove master who lays down the foundation with melodic bass lines and beautiful harmonies. Home grown in Alaska, he moved to Fort Collins Colorado to study music at CSU spending all of his time perfecting his craft and becoming a master of his instrument. He is the youngest person to ever win a nobel prize for his well known ability to be a "human clock". View his Instagram

He hits circles with sticks bringing energy and creativity from behind the drumset. Only a short drive from Denver Colorado, Aedyn moved to Fort Collins Colorado where he studies computer science and music where he used his programming skills to create the Abunto website. View his Instagram

Our Story

Formed in September of 2024, Abunto quickly rose from small club gigs and house shows to major stages with their unique blend of funk, disco, rock, and jazz.

"We started as four friends in the CSU jazz program. After jamming together, we knew we had something unique. We are all constantly pushing ourselves to be the best musicians we can to create the best music we can.”
